This four-side sealing packaging machine adopts upper and lower film feeding structure. Two rolls of packaging film are separately loaded on the top and bottom. After feeding, positioning and forming, the machine completes filling, sealing, cutting and discharging in one continuous process. clients can group PE/PET, laminated paper freely as needed, there are PID temperature controller, which is compatible for different thickness and quality films without any sealing issue.
It is suitable for packaging various individual flat products, such as syringes, medical supplies, hardware parts, disposable consumables, etc. The machine features stable running, neat sealing edge, adjustable bag size and convenient parameter setting via PLC touch screen. Optional functions include date printing, waste edge trimming and vacuuming.
Customized moulds are available to meet different product dimensions. Customized mold shape as products and clients' requirements. Make sure the products can be firmly packed and timely packing.
